Electric Vehicle Electronic Expansion Valve
Electric Vehicle Electronic Expansion Valve
The V-EXVS can be highly customized to integrate flow channel design according to customer modular requirements. It’s suitable for EV thermal management system modules that will effectively reduce production costs.
- Specially designed for HFC-134a and HFO-1234yf.
- It can improve battery performance in various usage environments.
- The V-EXVS, compared with thermal expansion valve, has a wider regulation range, has higher control precision and shortens delay response time.
- Module design: easy to install and maintain, saving cost and time. It can be customized for valve body design to meet different requirements with flexibility.
- Vertical lifting needle design: It can prevent rotating friction with the valve opening, effectively prolong needle life, achieve low leakage and precisely control flow.
- Two-way circulation: it can be switched between hot and cold as required to meet system requirements.
- Flow curve: it has both low-temperature heating and high-temperature refrigeration effects, improving temperature regulation efficiency.
- Accurate flow control: it accurately regulates refrigerant flow and ensures stable system operation.
- Unipolar and bipolar drives: it will meet different system driving modes to improve performance.
- Low internal leakage: it can be used as a stop valve to improve the flexibility of system and effectively control the cost.
