Electronic Expansion Valve

The EXV is mainly used for commercial air conditioners and heat pump systems. It’s regulation range is wider to make system operate under the best condition. Meanwhile, it can quickly perform refrigeration and heating and achieve precision temperature control and energy saving.

  • The EXV, compared with thermal expansion valve, has a wider regulation range (10%-100%), smaller time delay and a wider regulation range.
  • Two-way circulation: it can be switched between hot and cold as required to meet system requirements.
  • Flow curve: it has both low-temperature heating and high-tempera ture refrigeration effects, improving temperature regulation efficiency.
  • Accurate flow control: it accurately regulates refrigerant flow and ensures stable system operation.
  • Unipolar and bipolar drives: it will meet different system driving modes to improve performance.
  • Low internal leakage: it can be used as a stop valve to improve the flexibility of system and effectively control the cost.
  • Vertical lifting needle design: it will not be worn out on the valve opening due to rotation but improve needle life and achieve low internal leakage and valve opening control precision.
  • System energy saving: it precisely controls superheat during load.
  • Extending the life of compressor: it achieves stable superheat faster and reduces running time.
