Chocolate Mousse




 

 




  250 ml Heavy Cream
10 ml Instant Coffee
100 ml Instant Cocoa
15 ml Cognac
½ tsp. Instant coffee
¼ tsp. Vanilla powder or extract

  1. Fill the ingredients into MOSA cream whipper.
  2. Infiltrates the N2O charger, after shake the whipper evenly, then inverts squeezes out the mousse. Serve well chilled.(Make sure the head towards down).
